2. Platform Usage

GRADSCALE provides daily practice drills, analytics and leaderboards for competitive exam preparation. You agree to use the platform only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. Each account is for a single user only.

4. Content Ownership

All drill content, questions, explanations and platform design are owned by GRADSCALE and GradSkool. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish any content without written permission.

5. Subscriptions

Free accounts have access to a limited set of features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or hack any part of the GRADSCALE platform. Any abuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.

7. Disclaimer

GRADSCALE is a practice platform and does not guarantee any specific exam result or score improvement. Results depend entirely on the user's effort and consistency.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GRADSCALE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
