We build systems for people
who show up every day.
GRADSCALE exists because knowledge was never the bottleneck for most aspirants — consistency was. We build the structure that makes daily execution the default, not the exception.
GRADSCALE was built by GRADSKOOL Learning, an Indian education company focused on competitive exam preparation and mentorship. Across years of teaching and mentoring thousands of CAT, IPMAT and XAT aspirants, one pattern kept repeating — students didn't fail because they lacked access to material or explanations. They fell off because preparation had no structure to hold them accountable, day after day.
Coaching gives you content. PDFs and YouTube give you more content. What none of it gives you is a forcing function — a reason to open your laptop on a Tuesday evening when you're tired and the exam still feels six months away.
So we built one. GRADSCALE turns preparation into a daily routine: a fixed, section-wise drill every day — VARC, DILR, QA — timed, scored and reviewed, with analytics that show exactly where you're improving and where you're stuck. No decisions to make about what to study. Just show up and execute.
Three ideas behind
everything we build.
Consistency beats intensity
A 30-minute drill every single day compounds further than an occasional 6-hour cramming session. We design for the former.
Measure, don't guess
Every attempt feeds analytics on accuracy, time and weak topics — so your next decision is based on data, not a feeling.
Execution over content
We're not trying to replace your coaching or your books. We're the system that makes sure you actually use them every day.
Built by someone who's
taught the classroom, not just the syllabus.
Abhishek has spent years teaching and mentoring competitive exam aspirants across VARC, DILR, QA and reasoning — sitting close enough to thousands of students to see exactly where preparation breaks down.
GRADSCALE is the product of that experience: a platform built not around what's easy to sell, but around what actually moves a student's score — daily, structured, measured practice.
Build the system. Trust the process."
