Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

GRADSCALE offers a free tier with access to basic features. We encourage you to explore the platform before upgrading to a Pro subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at gradscale@gmail.com with your registered email and payment details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Partial month usage of annual subscriptions after 7 days

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
